SCOPE & SEQUENCE
Core
Knowledge Home Page Lesson plans and information for E. D. Hirsch's books,
"What Your K-6th Grader Needs to Know." Hirsch has reformulated the
scope and sequence that he feels classroom schools should use. Used by many
homeschoolers as a guide. Secular viewpoint, but most information can be placed within a Christian worldview.
World
Book On-Line Educational Guide This site is similar to the Core Knowledge
book series except it has been around a lot longer. They provide on-line lesson
plans, activities, recommended reading, etc. for preschool through grade 12.
Also secular, but much of the information can be placed within a Christian worldview.
In addition, most major curriculum publishers (such as Alpha Omega Publications) will provide you with a complete scope and sequence that lists the contents of every course.
